Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2019-20/PT-174, E-Tender ID-2019_ERO_109595_1 Important NOTE: a) No terms and conditions shall be mentioned in quotation sheet. If done so, the same will not be considered for any purpose. b) Before quoting the rates, the tenderer should be well acquainted about the job to be carried out. Tenderers would be presumed to have acquainted themselves with the working conditions /IR issues existing at the location, before submission of the tender. c) The total amont is for one year approximate job volume, excluding GST. The estimated amount as mentioned is excluding transpot assistance, payable as per norm and policy. d) Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in blue coloured cells, without changing any format. e) Scanned/photocopy of price bid are not acceptable and such bids will be lable for rejection. BoQ is to be submitted after making entries in highlighted cells, without changing the format. f) Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial packet only, in case of uploading price bid in any place other than financial packet, entire bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection.
