Supply of 200 mm dia. CI Body, P.N.-1.6 Kinetic Tamper Proof Air Valve & Isolating Sluice Valve confirms to IS: 14845: 2000, Body Cover, Cowl Grey Cast Iron IS: 210 Gr. 200, Stem SS IS: 16603, Body Seal Ring EPDM Float timber ball over with soft vulcanite. (DJB SOR’24-25 4.24.4) Make - IVC

Supply of 200 mm dia. MS pipe having length of 15 Mtrs. (for each location 3 Mtrs.) made out of 5 mm thick M.S. Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual will be paid)

Supply of 05 Nos. 340 mm dia. (OD) & 200 mm dia. (ID) Flat Face/SW Flange made out of 18 mm thick MS Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual will be paid)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DJB SOR’24-25 26.1.27) (Actual will be paid)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (DJB SOR’24-25 26.1.5) (Actual will be paid)

Excavating the site by breaking bitumen road if required using Hydraulic Excavator (3D) & Rock Breaker & by manual means as required at site to reach to the main line. After that cleaning the surface of the line using manual means. After that having shutdown of 1500/1100 mm dia. South Delhi Main, a hole/circle of 200 mm dia. will be cut by the help of gas cutter on the top surface of the line. Dewatering will be started by using submersible dewatering pumps to dewater the clogged water coming from the hole point. After completion of dewatering & controlling the water at site MS saddle pipe piece of 3 Mtrs. will be fitted on the hole & fixed by welding works & with the help of Hydra Crane. After this MS flange of 200 mm dia. will be welded with the MS saddle piece & on the top end of the saddle piece. After fixing saddle pipe piece now fixing of 200 mm dia. Isolating Sluice Valve with the flange of saddle pipe piece will be done with the help of Nuts, Bolts & Washers & Neoprene Rubber Packing by manual means & with the help of Hydra Crane. After completion of fixing of Isolating Sluice Valve, now fixing of Air Valve will be done with the flange of Isolating Sluice Valve with the help of Nuts, Bolts & Washers & Neoprene Rubber Packing by manual means & with the help of Hydra Crane. Now completing fixing of total arrangement testing of the same will be done by starting 1500/1100 mm dia. South Delhi Main & by opening & closing the Isolating Sluice Valve. After successful testing painting of the total arrangement will be done by using black anti corrosive paints by manual means. After completing total work now restoration of the site will be done by backfilling earth as per previous by using Hydraulic Excavator (3D) except CC work if required. (Justified Rate)

For Restoration: - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level for road restoration if required. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (DJB SOR’24-25 26.1.20) (L = 2 Mtrs., B = 2 Mtrs., H = 0.3 Mtrs., V = LXBXH = 1.2 Cum. For 5 nos. locations = 5 X 1.2 = 6.00 Cum.) (Actual will be paid)
