SPECIAL REPAIR TO EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND WATER SUPPLY WITH REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF UNDER GROUND ELECTRICAL CABLE AND WATER PIPE LINE OF OFFICER MESS UNDER GE UTILITY BATHINDA.

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but for cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but for cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 volts grade.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but for cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core ,1100 volts grade. Note fo serial item No. 07 to 11: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 12 above but for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and incluidng inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 150 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed. Note : The Galvanised steel light grade pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Dismantling/Taking down to existing unserviceable panel board of any size by disconnecting the existing cable connection, earthing etc complete all as directed.

Taking out from trenchs / from under roads existing old unservicable rusted / corroded GI pipe 50 mm bore and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 20 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 20 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing of Steel water tubing 50 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve for 50 mm bore iron pipe , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 - 1984 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve for 25 mm bore iron pipe , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 - 1984 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve for 20 mm bore iron pipe , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 - 1984 complete all as specified and directed.
