Fabrication and installation of weather proof canopies suitable for various instruments ( All material including steel and red oxide paint shall be supplied by owner). Thickness of MS sheet shall be 2 to 3 mm and these are to be painted with two coats of redoxide. All supports, etc are to be provided for holding the canopy on the instrument.

Transportation of materials such as panel, cable, instruments, structural materials etc from central store to respective site locations outside plant. loading and unloading of Materials included. Means of tansportation is in the scope of contractor.

Laying of cable trays(upto 4") both perforated and ladder type. Painting of 2 coats of Red oxide. Trays and paint shall be supplied by owner. All other consumables such as clamps, welding electrodes shall be in the scope of contractor.

Laying of cable trays(4" upto 8") both perforated and ladder type. Painting of 2 coats of Red oxide. Trays and paint shall be supplied by owner. All other consumables such as clamps, welding electrodes shall be in the scope of contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of minor structures like instrument stand, transmitter stand, JB stand, any structure like platforms, supports etc. Required angles, channels, plates shall be supplied by owner. Fabrication includes cutting, welding, surface finish, etc and fixing of structure at a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Welding of impulse pipe lines etc. shall be with all standard practices

Gas cutting with surface finish of impulse pipe lines, earth strips etc. shall be with all standard practices

Laying of earthstrips

Shifting from stores & Laying of armoured cables (normally upto 2.5sq.mm) on cable trays and clamping with cable clamps, dressing, glanding,lugging,ferruling and termination at both ends (Necessary Cable Glands shall be supplied by owner). Shifting of balance cables to storage location is in the scope of contractor.(upto 4 core)

Shifting from stores & Laying of armoured cables (normally upto 2.5sq.mm) on cable trays and clamping with cable clamps, dressing, glanding,lugging,ferruling and termination at both ends (Necessary Cable Glands shall be supplied by owner). Shifting of balance cables to storage location is in the scope of contractor.(above 4 core upto 12 core)

Shifting, Installation and fixing of Junction box (above 300 x 300mm)

Armoured Cable glanding, dressing of wires inside panel / junction box and termination as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply of cable gland, lugs, marker ferrules is in the scope of owner.(3 core upto 12 core)

Making of Gland Holes in the panel of sizes 20mm, 25mm, 30mm dia. As per requirement.

Earth pit: Suitable earthpit at the designated location as directed by EIC
