Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, not exceeding 50mm depth,area not exc 400 Sqm. complete all as specified and directed by Engeneer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface on WBM/Macadam surface @ 0.50Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying dense graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, Complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, 30 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (tack coat to be paid separately) Notes:- (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. (ii) semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering,1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA), complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes for delinators (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in repairs for post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) up to haunches of S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design : 300 mm diameter S.W. pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Demoilition Stone slabs set in paving, as in speed breakers etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks 80 mm thick, Rubber moulded glossy finished C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved color design and pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper bedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface and finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication, errection and fixing in repair retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, of size 1200mm x 900mm, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, for both side letters, borders etc., as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note. For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.
