Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar and precast concrete block complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete at any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncourced brought upto courses in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc., n. Exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. Exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) with old size bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 9 above but, except stone including removing mortar and cleaning the stone, stacking for measurement and removal and disposing of debris etc. Note: The rates for "except stone" included all labour for hammer dressing 20mm depression to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints.

Extra over stone walling granite of trap stone for hammer dressing with maximum depression not exc 20mm from face from straight edge to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dubbing out average 10mm thick cement plaster on irregular face of stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick as floating coat in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick / block masonary in CM (1:4) and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to random rubble masonary uncoursed upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of exterior weather proof acryalic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials from site to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note: The measurement shall be carried out duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor before execution of this item and record accordingly in MB after completion of removal work.

S&F, 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, providing and laying 60mm thick factory made rubber moulded chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in ootparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-290 (Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed.
