Taking out old unsv 100/80 mm CI/DI pipe including specials such as Flange,Tee, bends, nuts,bolts ,washer complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge.(Note;- Rate quoted includes road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting)

Supply, laying of 100 mm nominal dia MS pipe flanged ERW steel heavy duty (class -C) including specials such as Flange,Tee, bends, Nipple, nuts,bolts ,washer of suitable size nominal dia 100 mm confirming to IS 1239(I)(2004), (including welding work ) complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge.(Note;- Rate quotted includes road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Supply, laying of 80 mm nominal dia MS pipe flanged ERW steel heavy duty (class -C) including specials such as Flange,Tee, bends, Nipple, nuts,bolts ,washer of suitable size nominal dia 100 mm confirming to IS 1239(I)(2004), (including welding work ) complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge.(Note;- Rate quotted includes road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 65 mm bore, medium grade galvanized with all fittings (such as tee, elbow, long socket, union, short pieces) and application of bituminous paint on concealed portion of tubing, laid in trenches , including taking down existing unserviceable GI tubing and connections etc complete all as specified and directed. Note;- Rate quoted includes road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.

Cutting the existing GI/CI/MS pipe of 100mm bore and inserting CI/MS Tee of size including all fittings, welding/lead joints and earthwork all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, all as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, all as directed.

Disconnecting the motor with centrifugal pump set and Repair/Rewinding of motor of capacity 40 HP three phase 415 Volts ,50 HZ by rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper conductor of standard size including varnish, insulation paper and tape . Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers and bearing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wire : ALTAS /HTP /DEVI DAYAL.

Disconnecting the motor with centrifugal pump set and Repair/Rewinding of motor of capacity 20/22.5 HP three phase 415 Volts ,50 HZ by rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper conductor of standard size including varnish, insulation paper and tape . Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers and bearing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the motor with centrifugal pump set and Repair/Rewinding of motor of capacity 15 /12.5 HP three phase 415 Volts ,50 HZ by rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper conductor of standard size including varnish, insulation paper and tape . Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers and bearing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only GI water tubing of following bore, medium grade galvanized with all fittings (such as tee, elbow, socket, union, short pieces) , fixed to wall / laid in floor or trench, including taking down existing unserviceable GI tubing and connections etc complete all as specified and directed. Note;-(i)GI pipe shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying/fixing . (i) Rate quotted includes road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finsheses. (ii) Excavation for taking down shall be measured and paid separtely.
