Road Work Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 2 K.M. distance all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse & fine aggregates confirming to I.S. 383. The size of coarse aggregate not excceding 25 mm aggregate cement ratio not to content not to excced 15:1 aggregate gradition after blending to be determind during trial lenght content not to be less than 150 Kg./Cum. optimum moisture content to be determind during trial length construction compresive Strength not to be less than 10 mpa at 7 days mixed in a batching plant transported to site laid with a paver Finisher & compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller finishing & puring as per MoRT&H Specification No. 601 (6.1) complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain M-40 grade cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Concrete paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602.

Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 100 mm (Rubber molded) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. As per Chapter no. 20 Sl No. 15.

Drain & Culvert Work Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. As per DSR S.I. 4.1.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per DSR S.I. 4.1.8

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.(For Drains)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (For Drains)

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. As per DSR S.I. No. 13.4.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 of not less than strength of M-150 Stone Grit (20 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. As per DSR S.I. 4.1.3

Supply and laying & fixing of 900mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per D.S.R No. 7.6

Construction of RCC Minor Bridge Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 13.8

Back filling with local sand behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification No. 13.9

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.10

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Boring with 150mm dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction, assembling , loading , unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).
