Overhauling of each pole mechanism assemblies of ABB/Siemens make 245kv SF6 circuit breaker ( each breaker having three pole assembly). The job includes overhauling of control assembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly, opening & cleaning of motor charging system, cylinder shock absorber, closing damper etc and adjustment of all type of gaps, cleaning & greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc cam and other parts, opening of different mechanism assembly for rectification of wear & tear alongwith rectification/ repairing (whatever required) of rollers & linking of mechanism assembly, checking of motor limit switch, auxiliary contactors, power contactors and all electrical connections and tightening them replacing them if required, replacement of ‘O’ rings and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism, ensuring satisfactory operation of breaker from local and remote, testing of closing, tripping time alongwith contact resistance measurement of listed below 220kv breakers at 220kv s/s Bharthana. All skilled service engineers, materials and T&P required for satisfactory completion of job is to be provided by contractor a)245kv breaker of 160 MVA T/F-II ( ABB Make) b)245kv Bus coupler breaker ( Siemens Make)
