Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank within an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m for the following classification of soil including shoring, strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and all other incidental charges and as directed by the Officers.

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand, watering ,ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by TWAD Board officers

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight course aggregate of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) for levelling course including the cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, consolidating finishing the ends complete and curing etc. complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers for works beyond 1.50m from GL for footing.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:2(M30) (one cement one and half sand and two 20mm &10mm HBG stone) for Floor slab floor beam &side wall excluding the cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including the cost of mixing, placing, vibrating of concrete curing and finishing etc., complete as directed by the officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of CI man hole cover and frame of size 60 x 60 cm on roof slab and as directed by the Officers. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and conforming to IS 1726/1974.

Providing Hand rails over the Roof slab by using 32 mm GI Pipe with 40mm x 6mm MS Flat and fixied with 12mm dia Fastner Bolt 75mm long and as directed by TWAD Bd officers

Providing Hand rails over the Standing Platform by using 32 mm GI Pipe with 40mm x 6mm MS Flat and fixied with 12mm dia Fastner Bolt 75mm long and as directed by TWAD Bd officers

RCC 1:1.5:3(One cement one and half sand and three 20 mm size HBG stone) for the RCC inside ladder including the cost of reinforcement fabrication centering and shuttering, cost of mixing placing of concrete vibrating curing, finishing etc., complete including fixing of RCC Ladder etc., complete as directed by the officers.

Pipe connection arrangements for inlet,outlet,scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes,specials,valve,labour charges for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading ,fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamal paint etc. complete as detailed below.
