Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep including removal/cutting of grass, shurbs etc and site clearance (removal of debries from the sites) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials of soil n exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells manholes etc n. exc in 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, foundation / trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base and foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base and foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1: 2: 4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers slab, landing, chullah hood, chajjas, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joint to match including necessary form works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 10 mm dia and over mild steel TMT reinforcement bars and spacers cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and necessary welding to reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for 20-25mm thick machine pressed precast cocrete pre polished rubber moulded coloured tiles, heavy duty antiscratched of size exc 0.09Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including jointing with neat cement slurry mixing pigment to match the colour including dismantling of tiles with screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking Colour paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over and including 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete etc all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-cast Kerb stone of size 300x450x100mm with PCC (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including champherd, rounded etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred stopped end complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from ser No 17 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

M&L, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300mm bore of Reinforcement concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 300mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying bends to falls complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in-charge.
