Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan etc 6m mean radius buiilt in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan etc 6m mean radius buiilt in CM (1:4) half brick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster , hacking for key ,scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC Not exc 15cm thickness Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, Cover slab and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix)(20 mm stone agg) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Nominal mix type B1 1:2:4 20mm gradded agg as in coloum complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 5 mm To 10mm dia (as in reinforcement) cut to length, bent to shape require including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to flat soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and lintels, landingand similar work n exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made PU coated, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with coloured pigment made of PVC moulded (or rubber mould) with vibrating system, with and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, including in CM (1:3) in edges of pavers, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of sand cushion is included in quoted rate.

M&L for PCC Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm Stone Aggregate) , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, kerb stop rounded or chamfered in edges incl dismantling of broken jaffery, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded agg) 45mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drains pipe (Salt glazed stone were, AC or re-inforced concrete) set in cement mortar 600 mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 600 mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with skeins of spun soaked in neat cement wash shall be inserted in the grooves at the ends of the pipes, the two adjoining pipes put against each other the collar is slipped over the joint covering equally both the pipes, more skiens of spun yarn soaked in cement wash shall be passed round the pipes and inserted in the joints by means of caulking tools after that cement mortar 1:2 slightly moistened shall be inserted in the joints finished in 45 degree slope complete Note:- After curing 7 days to the joints the sewage pipe shall be tested as per procedure laid down for water test complete all as specified and directed.

M &L preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash (lime) on new plastered surface of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty, coloured Endura tiles 400mm x 400mm x 8 to 10 mm thick, for garden path including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4),as per sample kept in GE office, complete all as specified and directed.
