CERTAIN REPAIRS TO OVER HEAD TANK, UG SUMP, RCC WORK AND OTHER WATER RETAINING STRUCTURE OF MES INSTALLATIONS UNDER AGE(I)(U) B/R DELHI CANTT-10

Notes : (a) The related works shall be executed directly by FOSROC company or their authorised applicator. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto specific height mentioned in respective items of work from ground level. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belt, ropes, helmets, safety net etc. which are required for labours working at height of 3 mtr and above from ground level and all rate shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Taking down loose/damanged/breakage concrete of any description from reinforced cement concrete of columns, beams ,slab , bracing , chajjas, fins, facia, and wall etc upto height of 10 mtr from ground level by hammering with wooden malate carefully without damaging existing serviceable structure, chipping old concrete for receiving concrete, plastering etc and disposal of debris as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 10mtr from ground level complete all as spd and directed (Make : (a) Tiger brand wire netting, Varada, manufacturing Co, 5118 Bazar Sirkiwala, Delhi-6, India Landmark near chawri Bazar metro station. (b) Suregreen Ltd delhi.

M&L for guniting with cement coarse sand 1:3 with and including FOSROC Nitobond SBR mixed @ 1 ltr per 50 kgs of cementand water cement ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using shotcrete pumps and allied equipment, uniform thickness of 30mm to 50mm including 12 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 uniform and smooth finished upto height of 10 mtr from ground level complete all as spd and directed by EIC

M & L for cleaning the existing surface of concrete and removing rust particle from existing exposed reinforcement of any dia by scraping with wire brush/emery paper or by grinding in certain portion of RCC Column, beams slab & wall including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of " anti corrosive protective coating Sika Rustoff-100 or equivalent as per manufacturer's printed instruction for corrosion protection on exposed old reinforcement of RCC Column, beams slab & wall including necessary scaffoldingcomplete all as specified and directed.

M &L for applying one coat of Sikadur-32 (LP) epoxy resin bonding agent (0.3 to 0.5 kg per sqm) or equivalent for bonding new concrete with old concrete surfaces as per manufacture's printed instruction including preparation /cleaning of old concrete surface dust free before applying epoxy resin bonding agent of ( i.e proportion of mix method of making etc as per manufacturer's printed instruction) to RCC columns, beam, slab& wall etc including necessary scaffoldingcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiraly for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified

Taking down loose/damanged/breakage concrete of any description from reinforced cement concrete of columns, beams ,slab , bracing , chajjas fins facia and wall etc by hammering with wooden malate carefuly without damaging existing serviceable structure, chipping old concrete for receiving concrete, incl cleaning the existing surface of concrete and removing rust particle from existing exposed reinforcement of any dia by scraping with wire brush/emery paper or by grinding in certain portion of RCC membr and applying one coat of Sikadur-32 (LP) epoxy resin bonding agent (0.3 to 0.5 kg per sqm) or equivalent for bonding new concrete with old concrete surfaces as per manufacture's printed instruction and grouting with RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (nominal mix) using 6mm and down graded crush stone aggregate /chips ) for restoring slabs, walls, lintel beams,columns, chajja facia and wall etc including necessary form work and scaffolding complete all as spd and directed. Note : (chemical for bonding agent to be paid separately )

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size and quality from wooden/steel frames drilling out old glazing pin/clip and fixing new etc complete

S & F for 3.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane etc (for old broken glasses)

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as spd

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilling finish even and smooth w / o using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as spd

M&L for applying one coat white wash on old decorated ceiling surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with wall cement based putty or cement morter 1:2

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated wall surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with wallcement based putty or cement morter 1:2 to match the existing new plaster surface.

M&L for applying one coat of Oil emulsion distemper on old decorated wall surfaces including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with wallcement based putty or cement morter 1:2 to match the existing new plaster surface.
