Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Wall plastering for using cement mortar 1:5(One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights.

Centering for soffits of RCCslabs of plane surface likelintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3.60m high using mild steel sheets of size90cm x 60cm and B.G10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spacedat about 90cmc/c ) and supporteddy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C complying with standard specification and directed 10m 2 (P & D) Data 38
