   2.6.1 Relevant Past performance for Regular orders : [A] Bulk Order : Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven performance. The manufacturer firm must have satisfactorily executed at least of 20 percent of total tendered quantity up to date of tender opening against one single purchase order of Zonal Railway/Pus/CORE for the tendered item/similar item*, placed during three preceding completed financial year and current financial year up to date of tender opening. [B] The onus of submission of requisite documents in support of supply {(i) Receipt Notes/Proof of acceptance of material by consignee OR (ii) Inspection Certificate with self declaration by the bidder that supply has been accepted by consignee. Furnishing of false declaration shall render termination of contract and further action as per terms and conditions of contract} lies with the tenderer. In case the tenderers do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their offer, the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance of ECR, if any. [C] In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal. * Similar item may be defined by tender inviting authority as special condition of tender. If it is not mentioned in special condition then performance will be considered for tendered item only.

   Supply should be as per tender description only. Firms Must Mention Make /Brand or Model, If no make is mentioned, it will be presumed that stores will be of own make.

   All the bidders/tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST law. The firms are required to provide GSTIN registration no.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
