Repair and Renovation of GAD Building at Balipada in the district of Kalahandi

Earth work excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Intial lead and 1.5 m. intial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm and laying and layers not exceeding 0.3mdepth

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 22.5cm(9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Hand broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debries within 50 m. lead.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 cm. Thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.
