Sub- Head I (Day to Day Maintennace with labour) Operation, Maintenance and repair of Electro Mechanical Installation by providing manpower as stipulated in terms and condition to attend day to day complain and to upkeep both hydro mechaniacl & EI installation at chitpur lock gate, regulator (Miter gate, Drawf gate, valve, Conduite gates, Draw & Flap shutter, DG Set, Out door indoor light etc with periodical maintenance including repairing and replacement of major spares (to be supplied deparmentally) and upkeep of all sorts of electrical and mechanical maintenance/ repair/ operation of all gates, gantry crane, electrical panels, control desk, connecting cables net works, power DB and hoisting system & others related works like head stock, screw gear, winch etc for keep the system functionally healthy as & when required under Irrigation & waterways Department as per direction of Engineer - in - charge contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job. (Labour rates are inclusive of GST, Cess, ESI, EPF, Bonus CP & OH &P Charges)

01 (One) no Electro mechanical Technician (Skilled)/day, (1No/shift x 3 shift) i.e 365 days x 3 no/day = 1095 mandays

01 (One) no Helper for Electro mechanical (Semi Skilled)/day, (1No/shift x 3 shift) i.e 365 days x 3 no/day = 1095 mandays

Sub-Head - III Maintenance Work

Cost for repairing of vertical/flap gate shutter of canal/river including dismantling the damaged portion at lower part (skin plate, horizental/vertical girder/stifner etc as per IS : 2062 - 2011 /latest revision) not more than 25%of gate hight from bottom by gas cutting and fitting, fixing and fabricated by welding as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Width of Gate shuteer size upto 2 metre.

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper,wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation o f surface including cost of all materials, labour, achinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Scraping, cleaning of wire rope, rope drum, pulley and lubricating the wire rope with rope compound servo coat-140 or approved wire rope compound including setting the wire rope in proper alignment and position as necessary as per direction of EIC. The Cost includes cost of manpower employed, scaffolding charges, cost of kerosine, jute, wire brush, cloth, wire rope compound & all other incidental charges to complete the job in all respect.
