Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directed in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level) connected to and including galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC 1:2:4 in pit, angle iron 25x25x3mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12 mm dia MS fabricated handle, medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel, wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore upto 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, salt, charcoal, etc. Including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 (Pt-I) and connected to main control board all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type, floor mounted,compertmantalised suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC Supply System, dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet with digital Volt meter, Ammeter, with CTs ,Led lamps RYB for all incomers & outgoings MCCBs are to busbar spadles to fitted complete base frame of 50x50x6mm angle iron , powder coated, having front and rear openeable hinged double door shutters with aprons for cable entry and locking arrangement complete with following :- Incoming (a) MCCB 100 A 4 pole with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting with extended 50Hz ,415 V with rupturing capacity 25/26 KA-01 No. Outgoing (b) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on Non-hygroscopic, non carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulators 150 Amp,4 pole, not less than 75 cm long mounted on insulators -01 set. (c) MCCB 100 A, 4 pole, with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting 415 V, 50 Hz, with repturing capacity 16KA - 01 No. (d) MCCB 32 A, 4 pole, with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting 415 V, 50 Hz with repturing capacity 16KA - 05 No.

Note:- (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and earth work. (ii) Panels shall be placed above 0.6mtr from ground level. (iii) Outgoing MCCBs shall be fixed with solid busbar connectors. (iv) Cables shall be terminated using gun metal /SS glands including suitable thimbles/lugs, nut bolts ,washers fitted the cables. (v) Cable glands for incoming LT cable 120 sqmm -01 No and out going cables 70 sqmm -02 No, 10 sqmm - 05 No are included in the rate quoted by Contractor

Flame proof point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one flame proof switch 16 Amp one way with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standed copper conductor FRLSH insulated and unsheathed heavy duty cable in colour code including earth wire with cable of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible FRLSH insulated drawn into and including concealed in ERW steel conduit of not less than 20mm dia and 1.5mm wall thickness ISI marked terminated into flame proof terminal boxes for mounting of flame proof fitting and fixtures etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 15.00 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for 15 Amp socket with 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductor.

Sub main wiring (flame proof) with two run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 6 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and including drawing in ERW steel conduit 25mm dia, connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit only.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 20mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction.
