M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping (nails, screws if any to be removed properly before sanding) with Mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and finished surface smooth, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (A) Note:(i) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm,with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (B) NOTES FOR SL NO 1 to 13:- (i) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed from Authorised applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e;Paint,Distemper, Cement base paint,Putty etc; is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by the Accepting Officer. (ii)Rates quoted are deemed to inclusive of scaffolding required upto height of 20mtr and safety equipment reqd.

M&L for applying a layer of water proof cement based putty @0.75Kg(undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface, with Mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and finished surface smooth, etc. by skilled labour as per the following steps:- (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine for putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300PSI. (c) Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface. (d) Cracks of walls to be filled with its filling paste.

M&L for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint on wall over a priming coat with external primer preparatory to external emulsion of approved color with silicon additive &color stay Technology,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications,Anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 lir(undiluted)/10sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new wall surface over a priming coat with interior primer preparatory to distempering using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surface smooth with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or flaming polish which ever is suitable for site and fill the gap or crack with wood filler, POP or putty etc by removing latches / sliding door bolt and refixing the same in the door and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint exc 10 cm width or girth with fully automatic airless spray machine complete all as specified and directed.
