Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 20% of excavated earth, Under floor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Platform

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete hollow block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 40x20x15 cm.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately. Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. Door (D), Ventilator.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm. Door (D)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm. Door (D1)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). Wall, Slab.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. Door (D), Ventilator.

Providing and fixing Ultra Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all UPVC plain, Tee, Union sockets, SOlvent, UPVC Ball valve , Reducers, MTA,FTA, Bend,Pillar tap , brass threaded fittings etc This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step UPVC solvent cement, trenching, efilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 50 mm Pipe, 65 mm Pipe.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including Welding in ladder etc. 25 mm dia nominal bore(For Ladder) including welded in built up sections, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

32 mm dia nominal bore( For Rails & Ladder) in built up sections, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
