S & F in repairs 20 mm dia PTMT ball Valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for Iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down the existing valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete 75mm thick type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base of tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old bituminous tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/ concrete surfaces removal to distance exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres from the site and cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregatesagg as in levelling/padding course on roof slab for water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per square metre over that a coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres APP, membrane grit finish on roof slab all as per manufacturer's instructions and zonal specification including dismantling /demolition of old existing treatment on accessible roofs and removing the debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with 80ml per kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions of polymeric liquid water proofing additive over Non woven Geo textile layer to ensure no puncture of APP membrane over polymeric membrane surface etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply of polymeric based liqluid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for laying 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm thick PCC tiles (Hydraulically pressed) with grey cement, set, jointed, cut and polished. The joints shall be grouted and immediately after gouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in in CM 1:3 mixed with 150ml per kg of cement of polymeric based lilquid water proofing additive by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply of polymeric based liqluid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only polymer based lilquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by making cuty/injection of the stem of plant 30 mm C/C and spraying with solution (25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE 41% diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the plant/vegitation including penetrated roots complete including necesary scaffolding etc all as specified and directed for plants/vegetation

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Dismantling shall to be carried out in patches of area as ordered by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping (SD) screws complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised based plain steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as ridge, gutters fixed with self tapping (SD) screws complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
