Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, including taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All items to be executed from GL to 7 th floor (Top floor) and top of lift well machine room

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), inside lift shaft, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: In Lift well & Machine room

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instr finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: On external surface of machine room & WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on wall newly plastered surfaces of including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: In Lift well & Machine room

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on new surfaces including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, using brush for 1st coat and second/ final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note -: The work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Assistant Garrison Engineer.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using brush for priming coat and 1st coat and 2nd/ final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note -: The work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Assistant Garrison Engineer.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing from site and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurryand pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortra (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
