Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken stone of gauge n. exc. 63mm; deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx10mm thick,set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over & including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work incl necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc incl removing all debris 1 km outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster with any colour on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings up to 10 m height complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall or perp of old suface by scrubbing/removing existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete (upto G+3) all as specified and directed.
