Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail,braces etc complete , prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges and hanging fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A, completer. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS framed work (Ornamental type intricate design) as in gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc all as per sample approved and fixed in position .complete. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel angle fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc and embedding in concrete post and struts in fencing including securing bolts and cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete,levelling courses and sub base etc including demolition of existing unserviceable cement concrete of any description and in any position and removal of rubbish off the premises and making good the disturbed surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains, coping ,bed blocks etc. including necessary form work/ moulds including demolition of existing unserviceable cement concrete of any description and in any position and removal of rubbish off the premises and making good the disturbed surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Make of MS Galvanised fencing : SAIL/TATA/RINL

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type and size and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Mild steel Round TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for 15mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ PCC block walling or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces fair and even using water proofing compound including necessary preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistent primer .complete all as specified and as directed.Note :WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work/ PCC block walling or concrete surfaces finished fair and even using water proofing compound including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls built in cement mortar and necessary preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistent primercomplete all as specified and as directed.Note :WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 1:2:4, Type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling existing unserviceable RCC jallies of any description and size ,removal of rubbish off the premises and scrap iron taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10cm width set in CM 1:6 including demolition of precast concrete block walling, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors etc including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments with GLOSSY FINISH set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) 50 mm thick as in sub base finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking colour paver block of any shape and size with glossy finish on top confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55-60mm thickness, with grey cement confirming to M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.
