The MCCB should have Ics= 75% Icu for short circuit breaking capacity of minimum 50 kA rms at 415 volts 50 Hz AC. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as per standard feature of manufacturer.

Supply & fixing of MCCB 400 amp ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC with thermal megnetic setting & 36 kA breaking capacity with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version). The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as per standard feature of manufacturer.

Note :- For item No. 1.01 to 1.08 All MCCBs should be of suitable for unbalanced load.

(l) Supply and fixing Indicator lamp neon type red, yellow & blue complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT panels/feeder pillar boxes outdoor /indoor type of any sizes or rating installed at varoius location under GE (wset) Pathankot with two coat of super enamell paint of approved colour with spray painting after cleaning the surface and preparing the same for painting complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for welding work to LT panels/feeder pillar box as per requirement at site to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS sheet 3.15 mm thick for repairing existing damaged panel doors due to corrison of different type and sizes complete with hinges, hot, cold welding work,fabricating, locking arrangement etc as required including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium lugs of suitable for 50 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium lugs of suitable for 70 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of nuts bolts,washers, check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 complete including a layer of charcoal dust, salt 15 cm thick all around the plate and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm dia and GI watering pipe 20mm dia ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made up of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) with 100 amps 25 kA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection complete all as specfied and directed as per site requirment.

Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made up of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) with 200 amps 25 kA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection complete all as specfied and directed as per site requirment.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
