Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 in superstructure upto 20m height using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor

Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured confirming to IS:1786.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials confirming to IS:2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Notes: 1. Structural steel confirming to IS 2062 shall be supplied. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlicon / ESAB India & D&H of specified suitable grade or equivalent make shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 5. Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Using materials confirming to IS:2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Notes: 1. Structural steel confirming to IS 2062 shall be supplied. 2. Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

For Super Structure

Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand and standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fastners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Extra over for colour anodizing

Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item) Note: ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Roughening thoroughly entire surface area of the water tank walls etc. and removal of damaged / spalled Epoxy carefully up to the bare surface using sanders / electrically operated angle grinders / wire brushes etc complete and drying the surface by hot air blower near damp areas if required complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Applying one coat of bonding coat to water tank walls surfaces / protective coats to water tank walls consisting of Medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A With formulated polyaminoamine adduct used as a low viscosity curing agent developed specifically for highly humid or wet application areas, in the ratio 100:60 pbw by brush and sprinkling of Quartz Sand when the coat is tacky etc complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Applying one coat of primer coat between Two epoxy mortar layers consisting of diluent of low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A modified with a reactive diluent with medium viscosity Polyamidoamine (Polyamide) with in the ratio 100:50 pbw by brush etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Measurement shall be made for each application required.

Preparing Epoxy repair mortar by using Medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A: medium viscosity Polyamidoamine (Polyamide): Quartz Sand no 10. in the ratio 100:50:800/900 pbw as per manufactures recommendations, applying this mortar on Water tank wall in 3 mm etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Surface Preparation & bond coat will be paid under relevant items as above.

Preparing epoxy repair mortar by using Medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A : Medium viscosity Polyamidoamine (Polyamide) : Quartz Sand No. 10 in the ratio 100:50:800/900 pbw as per manufactures recommendations, applying this mortar on damaged surfaces in 5 mm thick layers so as to mend the damaged surfaces to the required thickness etc. complete. Note: a) Area of each coat of 5 mm thick mortar shall be measured for payment. b) Priming coat as per item no.16 shall be applied after each layer of 5 mm mortar. c) Surface Preparation & primer coat will be paid under relevant items as above.

Providing and applying one coat Epoxy putty with Medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A : Cycloaliphatic amine-based curing and hardening agent: Silica Flour in the ratio of 100:40:200-300 pbw including one layer Glass cloth 100-110 GSM Epoxy compatible. Glass cloth fully impregnated with epoxy resin: hardening agent, in ratio of 100: 40 pbw complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge"

Applying 2 coats of sealer coats using Medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A: Cycloaliphatic amine-based curing and hardening agent: Silica Flour: Flow Control Agent in the ratio of 100:40:20:5 pbw by brush to have even surface etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm, after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used) "Note: 1. Providing and applying polymer based Repair of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) latex of approved grade for bonding, repairing and under-tile waterproofing with cement slurry in Ratio of 1:1.5 as Bond coat on the cleaned area and Laying 25-32 mm thick Cement Mortar mixed with approved waterproofing compound @ 100 ml per 50 kg. of Cement), finish smooth with cement slurry, marking the finished surface with pattern as matching the old finishes etc. including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Extra over for Item No. 22 for providing cement based waterproofing treatment to terraces / chajjas including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab whereever required and setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and laying Cement Mortar layer 20 mm tk. with waterproofing compound over block bat coba @ 100 ml per 50 kg. of Cement including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M12 expansion hold fasteners of 50-70mm anchorage depth with Mean ultimate resistance in Non-cracked concrete between 23.7-33.2 KN make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards in CC IR.CC surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc. complete.

Providing and erecting Tubular scaffolding inside the hall using H frames and MS Pipes, working platform, Access Ladders for safe working up to max 15m ceiling height. Rate includes all consumables, equipment, labour, erection and dismantling and removal of the same after the work of repair is completed. Necessary and adequate protection of the machines and equipments shall be provided by contractor. 'Note : 1. Measurement shall be plan area of the ceiling to be repaired. '2. This item is for inside repair of tanks for structural repair, other misc. civil works, hammer test, etc. 3. The support from base to ceiling only to be considered for payment in this item. 4. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made with strong vibratory compaction and approved size, shape, design laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of crushed sand, filling the joints with crushed sand etc. all complete as -per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying suitable Boom Lift of proper/ required capacity for fixing / instllation of Aluminium Louvers / MS Structural Framework including Operator and Helper complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (1 day equal to working 8 hrs. excluding all breaks). Boom lift should reach Height of Approx. 27.00 m. Conditions:- 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of Crane, Fuel, Operator/Drivers, Helpers and other consumables etc. 2. The rates are inclusive of all Taxes including Goods & Service taxes if any. 3.Reporting time at site inside BARC shall be strictly considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4. Minimum duty hours is 8 hours. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. Working beyond 8 hours will be measured on pro-rata basis. 5. All the operators, drivers shall have valid and Specific Driving license and address Proof. 6. Rate shall be firm for the entire period of contract. No revision of rates shall be considered. 7. The cost of damages to any government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the contractor. 8.With valid parking permission crane can be parked inside BARC premises. 9. The cost of POL, maintenance / fitness / PUC (if applicable) of vehicle, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 10. Maintenance of the vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc. will be provided by the firm. 11. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 12. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 13. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract.

Cleaning the horizontal and vertical surface, chasing opening the construction joints, cracks, honeycombing area, etc and grout with low viscosity epoxy material (with hardener & resin) as per manufacturer specification, curing etc. complete and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note : Tentative / suggested make for guidance of the bidder(s): M/s. Pidilite/Fosroc/BASF or equivalent make

Providing and fixing of SS Nozzle for injection grouting as per manufacturers specifications and directed of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of suitable size (approx. 750 mm x 750 mm) reinforced flexible hose or GI duct made of min 1 mm thickness as per site requirement. The duct shall be connected with the fresh air unit at item no. xx and other end shall be connected to the Saucer tank. The opening shall be made in the saucer tanke for the connection of duct and same shall be repaired to normal at site as per instruction of EiC.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double skin cabinet type fresh air unit of capacity 5000 cfm at 40 mm of WC complete with backward curve centrifugal fan, electrical motor, suitable motor starter, power cable, MS frame/GI fram at site for installation and other associated accessories as per site requirment or as instructed by EiC.

Providing and applying 3 (Three) - component cold liquid applied, UV resistant, polyester resin based membrane waterproofing system with crack-bridging capability and water vapour permeability by : (A) Surface preparation : The substrate must be dry (in concrete, the residual moisture in the upper 20mm must be < 5 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder adhesion. All surfaces must be free from gross irregularities, loose, unsound or foreign material such as dirt, ice, snow, water, grease, oil, release agents, lacquers, or any other condition that would be detrimental to adhesion of the primer and substrate. This requires careful preparation of existing horizontal and vertical substrates; cracks are filed, expansion joints are prepared, flashings are removed or modified, and termination points are determined. (B) Primer Coat : Pre-Measured Packed 2 (Two) component, solvent-free, high solids, highly penetrative, quick-cure, low VOC, high bonding Epoxy Based Primer, having excellent adhesive property to all substrates, on the clean and grinded surface. Pour Component B into Component A and mix the components for approximately 2 minutes with a clean spiral agitator on low speed without creating any bubbles or streaks and without aerating or thinning of the primer. The primer should be a uniform clear color, with no light or dark streaks present. Apply the primer evenly with roller and immediately lightly sprinkle silica sand (size 0.4 – 0.8mm) over the same. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyester resin based membrane. Primer exposed for more than 7days must be re-primed. The coverage of primer approx. 7.9 Sqm per 5 Kg and may depend on the smoothness and absorbency of substrate. (C) Top Coat : Pre-Measured Packed 3 (Three) component cold liquid applied waterproofing system based on Unsaturated Polyester Resin and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 165 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack-bridging property & UV stablility with immediate rain proof performance. Add Catalyst powder (Component C) to waterproofing Component A and mix thoroughly for approx. 20 min. Waterproofing component B shall be stirred throughly and mixed in the ratio of 1:1 and mix thoroughly until no streaks are visible and it should be unifrom. If atmospheric temp. exceeds 25 Deg celcius then add inhibitor to component B as per manufactures specification. Applying approx. 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to the primed substrate uniformly and roll the Fleece with roller, removing all air bubbles and allowing an overlap of min. 50 mm. The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing mix material shall be poured on the surface until complete saturation of the fleece is achieved. The system is totally wet on wet surface and no time lag should be allowed during the complete laying of the system. The coverage of top coat approx. 2.5 to 3.3 Kg/Sqm depending upon the nature and condition of the substrate. 'The rate of above waterproofing system shall include the cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The above waterproofing system shall have following properties : 1. Tensile strength : min. 8 N/Sqmm 2. Elongation : min. 44 %. 3. Adhesive strength : min. 2 N/Sqmm 4. Crack bridging capability : upto 2mm 5. Hardness (Shore A): min.70 6. VOC Content : max. 44 gm/lit. or 3.8% Notes : 1. The Waterproofing Applicator shall provide 10 (Ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work. 2. Entire builtup system will be of single waterproofing products manufacturer. 3. Tentative/suggested make for the guidance of bidder (s): Kemperol V210 system of M/s Kemper System Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent make.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of form work fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of not less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute or experienced Technician retired from Government service. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Technician should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Technician will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of technician is 1 (One) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,411/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

Supply of manpower for carrying out various carpentry maintenance works with necessary tools such as chiesel, hammer, wood planner, screw driver, wood saw, tape etc to attend wooden and aluminium carpentry maintenance work and also seasonable departmental work, alloted by the Engineer-in-charge on daily basis. Note:- Carpentry tool kit shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost. Deployment : the contractor shall deploy carpenter for each job for 8 1/2 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in general (Ist / II nd) or on Round the clock shift whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. Measurement will be per job basis. Skilled Manpower for Carpentry Work

Supplying of Unskilled manpower/ labour for loading/ unloading, area cleaning and miscworks etc. including cost of equipment whichever is required at site.

Roughening thoroughly entire surface area and removal of damaged / spalled existing water proofing carefully up to the bare surface using sanders / electrically operated angle grinders / wire brushes etc complete and drying the surface by hot air blower near damp areas if required complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, painting and finishing with two coats of exterior emulsion paint on existing concrete surface of required shade over new work including base coat of water proofing cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & supplying of Pick-up Van / Utility Van for various areas for the requirements arising from time to time inside and outside BARC. The Pick-up Van / Utility Van of minimum five seaters capacity with the back side provision for transporting/ shifting of various construction / maintenance materials, machinaries and tools etc. and for other works including Driver as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (8Hrs. a day or 60 km max as per certification of Engineer-in-Charge). Conditions: 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of cost of supply of Pick-up Van / Utility Van, Fuel, wages of Drivers and other consumables etc. 2. The Reporting time at the place of duty / as instructed by EIC shall be considered for the billing / measurement / payment. 3. In case the pick up van is parked inside BARC premises then the reporting time of the driver to EIC shall be considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4. Break Down Hours as per actuals and Lunch break (30 min.) timings shall not be considered for payment. 5. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the Running / final bills 6. BARC being a restricted place, the driver should have good credentials and shall have valid Police Verification / Clearance Certificate (PVC), driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English / local language. 7. The make and model of the vehicle should not be more than 8 years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 8. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically for safe and incident-free driving. 9. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision shall be final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 10. The vehicle should be a transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board "ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 11. The cost of POL, maintenance and servicing of vehicle including replacement of parts, payment to the driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability on these accounts. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, including Goods & Service taxes (GST). 14. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 15. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 16. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. 17. Hours more / less than 8 Hrs. a day will be paid / deducted on pro-rata basis. 18. In case of absence of Driver/vehicle for entire week, a compensation of Rs. 3000 /- per week, for not providing the service, will be levied on the contractor for that week.
