The work of purchasing Infrared Recycling Pot Hole and Road Reparing Mobile Machine in Nagar Nigam Saharanpur
Infrared Recycling Technology Equipment along with all accessories on a containerized Indian chassis (SML Samrat GS XT or equivalent) of minimum 10 tonnes GVW - having separate earmarked chambers for labour, for infrared heater along with winch (for loading and unloading) and plate compactor, for all filling materials like BC etc. – built-in control panel with fully covered pipelines for gas and electric controls, adequate lighting for night time working and to work during monsoons, GPS for 24 x 7 monitoring when required, complete set of road safety equipments. The feed of the LPG from the safely stored cylinders must pass via a steel pipe work assembly containing both pressure and control equipment’s prior to connecting to a hose reel assembly with its steel re-forced umbilical supply providing at least 10 meters of extension to the infrared system. Provision of doors on all three sides for ease of loading and operations and the infrared heater shall be of size 2 x 1 meter. Electric cable reel having spring loaded electric cable reel for supplying 12 volts current to the infrared heater The Infrared Heating system should be coated with heat resistance paint or have a body of Stainless Steel, and having with a total working area of 2000mm x 1000mm and having Heating Element of 1” Ceramic Refractory Blanket or should contain Fecralloy NITheater panels along with infrared control assembly complete with option of 12Volt DC froma Marine Gel technology battery or the Vehicle battery. The system must contain a Control panel for monitoring gas pressure, Emergency cut off switch and Controls, Thermo static cycles of switching on and off at regular intervals with auto cut off and a Self-igniting system with no external light or flame to ignite the heater.
