M & L for sand cushioning/ sand covering for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying of sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of U/G cable all as specified and directed

Returning filling in , including spreading levelling, watering and well raming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed

Taking down/ out existing unserviceable LT Cable of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of fwg size all as specified and directed.

M & L for insertion of cable / GI Pipe under road/ pavements / hardstanding etc mannually by boring / cutting of road including making good to the disturbed surface by laying PCC, type B-1, up to the existing road surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC shall be included in the quoted rate and cost of GI pipe shall be measued and paid seperately.

Supply installation testing and commissioning MFPB Panel board pillar box of suitable size out door type factory fabricated, cubical panel, floor mounted double door, dust and vermin proof CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet mounting on suitable size foundation with 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 with 100 mm offsets on all sides and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement compete including finishing with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including all busbar of copper bus Bar strip 40mm x 10mm for three phase 4 wire 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply including suitable size copper conductor control wiring, necessary cable glands, lugs etc, proper arrangement for ventilation with and including the following accessories at MFPB NEAR OQ 36 and taking down old unservicable Feeder pillar box

S&F Busbar Chamber suitable size for set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating ,supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 and taking down the existing unservicable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete for electrical equipments with galvanised steel earth plage electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.24 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to earth lead of GI strip size 25 x 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil coplete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I including 50 mm bore light grade GI pipe 1.8 mtr length with top end covered with plug or cap for watering and 30 x 30 x 30 cm size PCC 1 : 3 : 6 block around watering pipe parallel to the existing earth, excluding 20 mm dia watering pipe, PCC, Watering pit, Funnel, Pit cover complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth Strip upto 7.5 mtr will be included in the quoted rates.
