SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E/M PORTION) :- Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket,AC point out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & caping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan dismantling blades and removing fan will be keep in safe custody by the contractor with proper inventory and refixing fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning / oiling etc including provision of 3 core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F lamp holder (Angular / Straight), insulated body, with back plate for batten fitting including LED lamp 10 Watt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB 4 way SPN DB, 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply including s fixed to the existing wall (concealed/surface) and making good the disturbed surface wall with the exsting wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F amp rating 240 Volts, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning SPN 32 AMP. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 Amps, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, with louver 300 mm sweep single phase 240 V AC 50 Hz and connecting up including louvers including making necessary opening on stone / brick masonary wall of suitable size finishing it properly and making good with matching colours with the surrounding provision of cable 3 core of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material / surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand covering / cushioning for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated LT 1100 volts of grade armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 sq mm 2 core including connecting to panel boards with the suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium drade”, including all fittings 20 mm (3/4”) dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun metal, globe or gate valves, size 20 mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting existing steel tubing in position without taking down ot bore of pipe 25 / 40 / 50 mm and taking connection of 20 mm including all fittings required like union, reducer, sockets, tee sockets and nipples complete all as specified and as directed.
