Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt)
Lightning Arrestor/ CT structure/ PT structure : - Fabrication of lightning arrestor/CT structure/ PT structure as per RESSPO drawing with the help of 2 nos M.S channel 125x65 mm minimum 3.5 mtr long grouting 1 mtr deep from ground level in cc in ratio 1:4:8. complete in all respect.
Fabrication of structures, grouting, plinthing and painting of structures for following equipment.

Mounting of accessories/equipment on fabricated structure complete work with making proper alignment and tightening the work includes fabrication work if required for proper operation of equipment .

Construction of cable trench of size 150 mm wide 300 mm deep with brick work along with provision trench cover M.S strip at the interval of 0.30 M and M.S angle at both the edge of the trench.
Construction and fixing of trench cover0.5 M wide 0.75 mm thick with cement, coarse sand & stone grit in ratio 1:2:4 for covering of cable trench150 mm wide with provision of M.S Angle and MS Bar as per RESPO Norms

Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 125x65 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 125x65mm(3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug. (all material arranged by contractor except steel,pole,PVC aluminium cable & insulator).as per RESPO norms.

Making proper markig of cable by markig tape/marking tag at proper interval (every 0.5 mtr underneath) marking tape /tag provided by contractor
In normal soil in double circuit by digging of trench 1050 mm, deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material, 1st class bricks, stone pad. The inter axial spacing between two cable should be in between 0.25 M to 0.40 M the two cable must be separeted by a partition to single brick. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)
In normal soil Single circuit by digging of trench 1050 mm, deep, 650 mm wide including supply of required material, 1st class bricks, stone pad.(All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Digging of pit of size 3x2.5x1 mtr. for making straight through joint 33 KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same .( S/Th Provided by department)
Plotting of cable layout rute on graph paper (i.e. depth underneath and distance from either side from prominent reference fixed point ) the reference point must not be more than 100 mtr.
Grouting,Plinting and Painting of new erected 11M long ST poles of single pole support,double pole cable exposures and end type poles of 33 KV lines
Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP from near by place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment of line for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole and refilling with ramming of earth.
Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast as per RESPO norms.
Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.
Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of red oxide paint,PO red paint at top of pole 2 M & balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Burger/Nerolac/Asian mark as per norms.
High Pressure Testing of 33 KV Cable XLPE cable.Testing equipment arranged by contractor
Fixing of Cable marker on cable route and dipitching of feeder name and voltage onn cable marker
Hoisting of 33KV XLPE cable on double pole/existing structure with MS pipe of size 5/6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts(all material arranged by contractor).
