Architecture Services:- Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings (Elevations , sections, Schedule of finishes). Site plan as per details in Note 1.2 below. The drawing will cover all minute details/ working details (including furniture and sanitary fittings) with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirement in soft & hard copy Proof Checking & Approval :- Drawings will be finalized after approval from HQ CWE Pathankot Note :- Their are two number lift str almost similar in nature so both are to be prepared. However site plan will have major difference. Thus two site plans are to be prepared.
Structural Service - Preparation & submission of structural design and drawing in conformity to approved Architectural drawing and in conformity to SBC provided by GE with all the details Getting all the structural drgs checked from GE as well vetting from government engineering college & incorporating all the amendments/ corrections suggested by design section & final submission of all the approved structural drawings in 02 set with supported by relevant design data (STAAD file) along with design report in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Note :- Since both structure have same soil bearing capacity will have similar structure drawing..
Note:- (A) Basic data :- (i) There are two numbers G+1 structures for carrying lift, lift well, machine room connecting corridor of approximate width 2.75m and length 3.5m or as per site requirement. However both the str will be essentially similar in nature. The corridor will abute to existing corridor. The arch drawing are to be made in such a way that they are similar to existing corridor. Draft drg prepared by this office are attached for taking guidance for quoting purpose. (B) Document to be provided by GE :- (i) Soil investigation report. (ii) Size, enlisted make, carrying of lift.
(C) What we need :- (i) 6 Set of drgs on A3 size paper - Final Drgs after approval by HQ CWE.. (ii) 1 set of drgs on tracing paper- Final Drgs after approval by HQ CWE. (D) IS Codes to be followed :- All necessary/required latest IS code to by followed while designing of subject job.
