M&L for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of 4.0 Sqmm (with colour code), drawn in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ PVC casing capping, including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of 4.0 Sqmm (Green colour) as contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair incl taking down Ultra Bright LED Pl-L, 4 Pin with very high efficiency suited for installation in existing 2G11 lamp holders, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground any soil (hard/ soft) (earth pit not less level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth wire of 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR including earth pit in any soil char coal common salt , 15 mm all around earth plate PCC (1:3:6) type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate culprit, with 40 x40x6 mm angle iron frame and PCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 , water pipe funnel and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia upto panel connecting earth lead to panel all as specified and directed by EIC. The Panel boards should be cubical in construction & angle frame mounted. These should be dust and vermi proof, properly ventilated, gasketed, marked with danger sign and wired ready for connection as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Each Panel Board consists of following items. (i) 100 Amp, MCCB, 3 Phase 10 kA Breaking capacity TM release DY- 01 Nos as incoming. (ii) MCB 40 Amp, SPN C Curve - 07 Nos as outgoing. (iii) Fixing only single phase meter inside the panel as receving from dismentalling (existing panel)-07 Nos (iv) Al Busbar for 100 A - 1 set

Supply and fix Sub Main Distribution Board (SMDB) 8 way with MCCB as incomer and MCCBs as outgoing devices as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Each SMDB should be as per following specifications :- (i) Conforms to IEC 61439-2 & DEKRA and ASTA certified (ii) Short-time withstand current (Breaking capacity) - 250A & 400A SMDB - 36 kA1s (iii) Ingress protection - IP 43 (iv) 250 A MCCB as incoming- 01 Nos (Rate inclusive) (v) 100 A MCCB- 02 Nos and 125 A MCCB outgoing- 02 Nos (vi) Dimension of SMDB should be 787mm x 670 mm x 208.5 mm Note:- All the necessary items i.e thimble, wires required for connections for the SMDB should be done by contarcter and rate for these items will be deemed inclsive in the quoted rate.
