Taking down cement plaster/ loose tiles in small patches as per site requirement in any situation / location on brick or stone walls, RCC surfaces such as walls, ceiling, chajjas, beams, columns etc (internally or externally) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and treating the surfaces with existing finishes to match with existing up to G+5 floor buildings complete all as specified and directed, cost of scaffolding and all safety measures is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (block, roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed (height max 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.10 & 17.14 of SSR Part-I)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.8 & 17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 & 17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparing old treated wall surfaces by scraping, washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered / painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, applying wall care putty 2 mm thick (average thickness) of approved quality as specified in clause 15.19 of SSR Part-I and one coat of primer, finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) with roller and brushes complete all as specified and directed in clause 15.10 & 15.14 of SSR Part-I and clause 15.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparing old treated ceiling surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered / painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed in clause 15.10 & 15.14 of SSR Part-I and clause 15.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparing old treated wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, applying wall care putty 2 mm thick (average thickness) of approved quality as specified in clause 15.19 of SSR Part-I and one coat of primer, finally applying two coats of plastic / interior emulsion paint with roller and brushes complete all as specified and directed in 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 &17.16 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparing old treated ceiling surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic / interior emulsion paint on ceiling complete all as specified and directed in 17.3, 17.4, 17.5 & 17.6 & 17.16 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (apex ultima) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over with and including requisite scaffolding and all necessary safety precuations and jhula arrangement in multistoried buildings three to five floors complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3, 17.4, 17.5 & 17.6 & 17.17 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.

Material and labour for preparation of old/new brick or concrete/curve stone surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.9 & 17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II.
