Materials to be procured from sources having the satisfactory past performance of same/similar items as per clause no. 16.4 of Eastern railway General tender condition of contract.
The material must be supplied as per the specification attached.
Material should be CRRI approved.

All other conditions are as per the General tender condition of the contract for Eastern Railway, uploaded in the document section.
1) GC/WC: As per Drawing/specification. In case specification does not specify guarantee/warranty condition then the same should be submitted along with supply as per IRS Conditions of Contract i.e. 30 months from the date of supply or 24 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. 2) Mode of dispatch: By Road/Rail.
