Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with modular fly ash bricks of compressive strength 75 Kgf/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching with random rubble including grouting with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per Item No. 03 but except stone grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable stone boulder retrieved from item no 1 shall be reused.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No. 05 but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and direcetd. Note:- Serviceable stone boulder retrieved from item no 1 shall be reused.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, skirting, dado etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land all as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (cast-in-situ) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the bidder deemed to inclusive necessary form work as required at site and no extra claim is entertained on this account.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and edges are rounded and chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level (unreinforced concrete) including disposing of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore; PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 1.5m deep but not exceeding 3.00m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 3m deep but not exceeding 4.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 4.5m deep but not exceeding 6m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exceeding 1.5m height from base but not exceeding 3m height from base complete all as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exceeding 3m height from base but not exceeding 4.5m height from base complete all as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exceeding 4.5m height from base but not exceeding 6 m height from base complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance exceeding 100m but not exceeding 150m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches, etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
