REPAIR /MAINT OF POWER SUPPLY/DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (ATC SUB-STATION, MAFI I AND II SUB-STATION, FMS SUB STATION, LCA SUB-STATION, DWR S/S, ETB S/S AND OTHER CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN TECHNICAL AREA

Repair to transformer after disconnecting incoming HT connection and out going LT cable connection, draining out the transformer oil and keep in safe custody for reuse, disconnecting the breather assembly, temperature gauge, taking out the top cover of transformer 630 KVA, outdoor type, 11KV/ 433Volt, step down, disconnecting LT/ HT winding connections from LT/ HT Bushing and carefully taking out LT/ HT Bushing insulator and HT/ LT Brass spindle, taking out gaskets of LT/ HT Bushings and transformer top cover. Refixing exisiting LT/ HT Brass spindle with Bushing insulators after replacing Gaskets, view glass of conservator tank, refixing all cable connections, top cover with new gasket, breather/ temp gauge, refilling transformer oil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(iv) Penalty of Rs 5000.00 per Job shall be applicable to the contractor, if the complaint is not attended immediately. Note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(v) In case the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within a period of 6 hrs then the same shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the completion of the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC and the same complaint shall be completed with in the period decided by the GE/EIC.The penalty of Rs 5000/ per Job shall also be applicable to the contractor for non-completion of complaint with in stipulated time decided by the GE/EIC.
