Excavation in soil in Hilly area by manual/ mechanical means including cutting and trimming of Iside slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lifts as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1603.1 including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 P.C.C nominal mix 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for Plan / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in P.C.C grade M 10. 1.3.6. nominal mix (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in P.C.C grade M 10. 1.3.6. nominal mix (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 Itr/ 10sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to combor (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired density complete as technical specification Clause 401 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specifi-cation Clause-405(By manual means) complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specifi-cation Clause-405 (By mech.means) complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleane with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying (25mm) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
