Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes/Golf Courses (AR and MO of works at Paschim Vihar Sports Complex for the year 2025-26).

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

P/L cement concrete - all works upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

40 mm thick rubbed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar. Red sand stone

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x25mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing rubber tile flooring, including the removal of any underlying adhesive, and stacking the dismantled material within a 50-meter lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Providing and Fixing of Boundary Fence of concrete of make (KK) or equivalent as per existing design having overall dimensions: 1500mm (Height) X1000mm (Length) X 65mm(Thickness). The fences should be manufactured with M30 Grade Concrete using vibrioception process using joint less FRP mould so as to achieve shuttering finish. Concrete and excavation work shall be paid extra. The product sample shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before use.

Supplying and Installation of Cricket Net of make Garware or equivalent - Made of 3mm thick HDPE material with mesh size 45mm x 45mm approx with machine interlocking all around the corners for better durability. all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Applying GST Correction factor @ 0.27 on DSR itmes
