Excavating in trenches,n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth,for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells,cesspits,manholes, pier holes etc n.exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil soil completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil material n exc .50m and directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returing , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions,Arches, pillers etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with using sub class 'B' brick ,straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter radius, built in CM (1:6) for wall completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 5 above but except brick

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) (unreinforced ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in leveling course, coping, benching, surface channel / sub base drain finishing cement concrete surface incl forms / mould completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, finishing fair and even without using extra cement completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work, finishing fair and even without using extra cement completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appling two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F joist channel, MS pipe, angel,flat, or tee section as in post and strut in fencing including drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh/chanelling fencing) incl all necessary drilling riveting ,bolts etc. similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for praparation of newly steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5cum getting out in any type of soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed in layers n.exc 25 cm and covering and removal of surplus soil n.exc 50 m and making good surface completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS galvanished chain link fencing (Weight Not exc 4 Kg per Sqm / as approved by GE ), rail straining bolts, tec incl provission of binding wire,of any description completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair galvanised 2 strand 2.24 mm dia steel barbed wire, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm (approx) spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post straining bolts, including securring or typing at crossing with and including completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) 35mm thick, set in CM 1:4, measured solid including all mouldings, frame and necessary reinforcement complete all as spfd & directed.

Dismantling/ demolition posts or struts embedded in soil or concrete etc (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L for Welding in repairs, length n.exc 2.5 cm, thickness of mild steel members to be welded shall not exc 6 mm completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Welding in repairs, lenght exc 2.5 cm but n. exc 5 cm, thickness of mild steel members to be welded shall not exc 6 mm completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 0.80 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) (below or above ground level) completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing precast cover slab 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 as in cover slab including placing in position completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : - reinforcement shall be measure and paid separtely under respective item of sch A.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoopinf for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia(annealed) or securing with cips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note - The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes.

S& F in repair 110 mm dia pvc (SWR ) pipes single socket in any length laid in trenche , drain wall or in floors completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
