TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ADDITIONAL CCTV CAMERAS MONITORS, INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEM AND OTHER ACCESSORIES AT SILK WEAVING FACTORY, MYSURU

The minimum Turnover of the Manufacturer/ Tenderer shall be Rs. 15 Lakhs during last 3 financial years and furnish supporting documents like balance sheet, profit & loss account certified by a chartered accountant as a proof of turnover and financial status

Tenderer should be a registered Company or Partnership/ Proprietorship firm having a valid GST registration and Copies to be enclosed

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - Authorization Form to be provided

The bidder shall furnish the address of the Head Office, Branch Office and the Works (Factory) with contact Nos., email id etc

The Tenderer should furnish the reference where similar supplies made

Pan Card to be furnished

Annexure-I should be signed and sealed by the tenderer
