Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers. and, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil.SS20B

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Removal of old damaged PSC/DI Pipes and specials upto 700 mm dia carefully stacking materials as per department staff , with labour charges and all other incidential charges etc complete.,

Supplying, erecting mild steel with shuttering using MS sheets stiffened with MS angles, laid over country wood joists and side supported with casurina props for plain cement concrete wall works as directed by the departmental officer etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Labour Charges For Cutting open BT Road(Or) Maccadam road for laying water mains including all charges etc and complete as per standar specification, etc., complete and as Directed by Departmental Officers.

Dewatering using 5HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.-5HP Motor-

Supply and Delivery of MS specials with inside lining/epoxy coating as per IS 13260-1993 and outside coating with cement mortar 20mm thick as per IS 1916-1989 and IS 7322-1985 etc complete.,

welding MS socket and spigot machine ends suitable for Upto 700mm dia PSC pips with 700mm MS ID barrels two nos inner 1 run and other 2 runs butt welding at site including all accessories and cost of labour charges for welding including cost of welding rods, LPG Gas, Oxygen Gas etc.
