Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material / soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for moorum/Red Bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n.exc 100 mm of broken stone / boulders, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick , watered and rolled /rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:4:8) type D - 2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate in foundations filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry set in cement mortar 1:6 using PCC solid blocks made with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on faces of brick/ PCC block masonry wall using cement plaster 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, and applying two coat of cement base paint (white or tinned) over a coat of alkali reistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in sub base and in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Plinth protection top surfaces shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete, rubber moulded, M-35 grade interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006,with grey cement and pigment, as in floors, paving, path etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded coarse aggregate in coping sides of paver blocks floor etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified, including providing end crimp at required location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. At eaves level shape of crimp shall match to sheet profile complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W(Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410-W(Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding/ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trushes including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St. 240 etc as in purlins complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any desciption over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise descibed and applying two coats of synthetic enamell paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
