Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with stand

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete comply

Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1:5 for foundation and basement using New Stones including nnecessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above goround level complying with standard specifications

Fly ash Brick work using in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying & erecting centering for sides & sofflots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all cross bracings using mild steel sheeets of size 90x60cm & 19 gauge stiffened welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding kid over silver oak joists (Country Wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by cosuring props of 10-13 cm dia, spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate of 10m2 for the following items.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1: 1 1/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished with cement mortar 1:3:12mm thick, and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifrications Rate for 10m³

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3 10mm thick, including roking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or finhsing for sunshader & staircase setps landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Dadooring walls with glazed tiles of sizes 15 cm x 15 cm x 6 mm, laid in cement morter 1:2 mix , 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 4 kg per 10 sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with surface, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Distembering two coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats with approved Emulsion over one priming coat of Emulsion over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
