Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and and disposal of unserviceable material outside MD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, in hard / dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (using soils), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50 M but not exceeding 100 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete in M25 Design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc for all works upto plinth level all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete in M25 Design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, lintels, etc for works above plinth level not otherwise specified in this schedule, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete in M25 Design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, TMT steel bars of 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, TMT steel bars of 5 mm dia and over, as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick/stone or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Supply and fabrication of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, ladders, balusters, , etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; and similar work with steel sections conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw granite stone slab, colour black Cherry/Ruby red , area of slab over 0.50 sqm, cut , mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar screed in 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
