6mm Cement plaster to ceiling In Cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement:3 Sand)

15mm thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth with cement morter 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

15mm thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete /stone walls for exterior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

White washing with lime on ceiling and /or sloping roofs and undecorated wall surface in all floors two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt , dust morter dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface on all floor to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from morter dropping and other foreign material including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-

Applying white cement based wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from morter drops , dust , loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash down, water closet (Europeon type.W.C pan) with integral 'p' or 's' trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement :1 Sand )(seat and over to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12.5 liters vitreous china low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I or mild steel brackets ,complete with fiiting such as lead valve less syphon,15 mm nominal size brass ball valve with polythene float , C.P brass handle ,unions and coupling for connections with inlet,outlet and overflow pipes,40 mm dia C.P flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (overflow pipe is to be measured and paid separately)

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx10mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work of door ,window,ventilators and partions with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to is 1868(minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)fixed with rawplugs aand screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filing up of gaps at junctions ,at top ,bottom and sides with required PVC /neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rustfree,straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required includung cleast angle ,aluminium snap beadin, for glazing/panelling C.P brass/ stainless steel screws .All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in charge
