Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete block or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing serviceable tiles to MES store and the rubbish/debrises out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/metal frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads/fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each with shutters (ie without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 Sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters,exc 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 sqm in each and refixing shutter in the same opening including easing & adjusting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for running arc welding in repairs using 6mm dia elctrode, thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm including bevelling of edges as required and grinding/filing to sufraces for smooth finish complete.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, chajjas & cantilevers etc, and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed including M & L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces and application of one coat of notozinc primer to exposed reinforcement and providing 20mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surfaces etc including necessary scafolding as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic joint free, coloured tiles, 300x600 mm, Grade B III, 7 to 8 mm thick as in dado/vertical surface of wall/ skirting including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 10 mm thick setting coat in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
