Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipe 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota on plaster, concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Complete removal of existing surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on wall having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. including Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.
