EXCAVATION OF EARTH FOR CABLE / PIPE LAYING FOR ELECTRICAL WORK Excavation of earth for cable trenches / laying of G.I. pipes for cable work in all types of soils including saturated soil upto a max. depth of 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting and bailing out of water (if necessary), backfilling and compacting in layers not exceeding 20 cm. thick to the finished ground level and disposal and dressing of excess earth within a lead of 50 metres all complete with labour and materials as per standards, drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Rating, 240/ 415 volts, 50Hz, 10KA, C Curve miniature circuit breaker (suitable for motor and other inductive loads and conforming to IS 8828: 1996, IEC 60898: 2002) of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Note: ISI marked MCBs of Havells / Loadster / Indo Kopp or equivalent make shall be used as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

REMOVAL OF SAND FROM CABLE TRENCH Removal of sand from cable trench without any damage to the cable and disposing it within a lead of 50 meteres or putting it back into the same trench or in a new cable trench as per drawing within a lead of 50 meteres all complete with labour and materials as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

REMOVAL OF RCC SLAB UPTO 150 MM THICK Removal of RCC slab upto 150 mm thick and of any size placed above the cable trench, handling carefully without any damage of the slab and cable beneath it and keeping it back in position after laying / removing the cable and sealing the same between RCC covers with cement & sand. job complete in all respect with labours and materials and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

REMOVING & REPLACING OF CHEQUERED PLATE Removing of MS chequered plate for cable ducks/ trenches and placing them after the job as per directions of EIC.

CHIPPING OF RCC Chipping of RCC work (taking all necessary safety precautions), exposing the reinforcement bars, cleaning, lapping or welding with new reinforcement as per drawings, cleaning, wire brushing and washing the exposed surfaces including disposal of unserviceable material as directed for all lifts within the owner's area, necessary scaffolding etc. for all elevations with all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

DISMANTLING RCC WORK WITH CONCRETE BREAKERS IN HAZARDOUS AREAS Dismantling RCC work with contractor's own Pneumatic / Electric concrete breakers including arrangement for tapping compressed air from owner's sources (which will be allowed subject to availability of air) in hazardous areas like pump houses, inside unit areas which are fire prone due to presence of petroleum vapours etc. and elaborate precutions are to be taken for dismantling as per fire permit, clearance etc. and work is done extremely cautiously. The work item includes cost of all necessary accessories including breakers, needles etc. (taking all safety precautions) including cutting reinforcement bars, embedded structural steel members, disposal of the same as directed for all lifts within the owner's area with necessary scaffolding, propping and underpinning etc. for all elevations with all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

SUPPLY & FIXING CHEQUERED PLATES Supply, installation and fixing of ms chequered plates of 5mm thickness. Job includes cutting to size, supply of hinges/ hooks for lifting, tag welding with support wherever required, painting including supply of paint, supply of all material and labor complete in all respect

SUPPLY AND SPREADING OF SAND Supply and spreading of approved fine river sand in cable trench as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SUPPLY AND LAYING OF BRICKS Supply and laying of approved 2nd class bricks of thickness 75 mm in cable trench for cable protection as per the direction of Site-in-c

SHIFTING OF PANEL/ MOTOR/ EQUIPMENT Transportation from the store to the site or from worksite to worksite within battery area or within township of panel, motor and any other equipment alongwith all necessory accessories without any damage. All complete with labour, materials, necessary tools/ tackles and shifting vehical/ mode as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Unit shall be read as EACH in place of TON

PAINTING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of enamel paint by spray painting on bus ducts, transformers/motors or any other metallic surface with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of approved quality/APCOLITE ASIAN synthetic enamel paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

DISMANTLING OF POWER DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENTS Dismantling of following power distribution equipments without any damage to it and returning it to our stores or reinstallation of same at a place within a lead of 3 KM (reinstallation charges not includes) all complete with labour and materials as per the direction of the EIC.
