Periodical maintenance to RD road to Tamarada for the year 2026-27.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using IRC Gr-III size granite metal to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / blinding materials as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 06 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 502 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works(4th. revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.2 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 503 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works(4th. revision) (over GSB)

Providing Surface dressing with 12 Kg penetration grdae of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of chips. (To be used for minor repair works Unit= Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects
