M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, 9 to 10 mm thick (square / rectangular), ultracharged, poished, light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) and including roughening surfaces of old concrete/terrazzo finish floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc/ dismantling old tiles of any description, complete all as specified. Note: Only course sand shall be used in screed bed.

All as per item No 139 above but in vertical surfaces such as steps , riser , skirting, dado and pillars as directed at site including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size minimum 400mm x 400mm, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile with including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified. Note: Only course sand shall be used in screed bed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350mm, 7 to 8mm thick in verticle surfaces such as dado / skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement pigmented to the match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat and finish the surface rough to receive the tile.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, path, pavings etc. finishing the surface even and fair.

M & L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for cement concrete chequered tiles with grey cement and pigments, 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry pigmented to match colour of tiles over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors & paths etc.; all as specified.

S&F 60 mm thick coloured interlocking tiles of made of cement concrete grade M-35 as per IS-15658-2006 of approve design laid over and including 25 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

First quality, scratch free, straight cut/joint free, vitrified pavers for external use, 9-10mm thick, of size 300mm x 300mm, in floors etc over & including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade of tiles, complete.

Marble work 18 to 20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of any type other than black and white over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, shelves, beams and columns, lintels, facia and the like, complete all as specified.

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for flat rough surfaces of concrete.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6).

All as per item No 160 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4).

Taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal wall surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on external wall surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified. (Liquid water proofing material shall be measured and paid for separately.)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) finishing the surfaces even and smooth on ceiling complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying the following:- (i) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surfaces & smoothening the surface with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc (preparatory to paint as directed) complete all as specified. (ii) Two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint by using airless spray/ roller over and including a coat of acylic internal primer. Note :- Contractor may use manual tools for surface preparation with prior approval of Engr- in- charge in writing in case use of mechanical equipments are not possible.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying anti fungal treatment including washing down with water and application of Bio wash antifungalisation and primer and applying two coats of anti fungl paint over a coat of primer of Make Apex from Asian Paint/ Excel from Nerolac / Weather coat from Berger.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and apply two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer compete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of external walls and applying a coat of Cement base paint compete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of external walls and applying a coat of 100% exterior acrylic emulsion paint by using airless spray/ roller primer. Note :- Contractor may use manual tools for surface preparation with prior approval of Engg- in- charge in writing in case use of mechanical equipments are not possible.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings compete all as specified..
